Sol Ruca Retains Women's Intercontinental Championship Against Lyra Valkyria on Raw

The match commenced with Sol Ruca attempting to keep Lyra Valkyria grounded. Valkyria responded with a dynamic springboard arm drag, though she was unable to capitalize on the maneuver. The two competitors then traded a series of gymnastics moves in the ring. Ruca soon connected with an X-Factor, but Valkyria kicked out and rolled out of the ring.

The champion then launched herself off the top rope, only to be caught mid air by her challenger. Valkyria proceeded to throw Ruca over the top of the other side of the ring. Back in the ring, Ruca attempted to take down Valkyria with a series of chops. Both women then hit each other with uppercuts before Ruca gained the advantage, downing Valkyria with back elbows.

Ruca followed up with a dropkick off the second rope. She then attempted a running knee, but Lyra Valkyria kicked out once again. Valkyria tried to execute a DDT, but Sol Ruca countered the attempt. Ruca then hit another X-Factor, which still proved insufficient to keep Valkyria down.

The momentum continued to shift as Sol Ruca countered an attempted Night Wing from Valkyria. In a pivotal sequence, Lyra Valkyria intercepted a Sol Snatcher attempt from Ruca and hoisted the champion onto her shoulders. Ruca fought out of a second Night Wing attempt. With Lyra Valkyria momentarily caught in the ropes, Sol Ruca seized the opportunity and delivered a Sol Snatcher from out of nowhere to secure the pinfall and retain the Women's Intercontinental Championship.
