Court records show the alleged victim in Ludwig Kaiser's battery case has retained Orlando attorney Darrin Chambers, with a Notice of Appearance filed on June 11.
Chambers is a trial attorney with NeJame Law in Orlando, Florida, focused on civil litigation and personal injury. He joined the firm in May.
Kaiser, known in WWE as Ludwig Kaiser and whose real name is Marcel Barthel was arrested in May on a battery charge stemming from an April incident in which he allegedly punched a man in an elevator.
The filing marks a new step in the case as proceedings continue.
