Data Deletion Instructions
If you have shared personal information with The Final Bell, you can request that we delete it. This page explains what we store and how to submit a deletion request.

The Final Bell (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates thefinalbell.org, an independent WWE news and analysis site. We collect only limited personal information, and you may request deletion of data we hold about you at any time.
What data we collect
Depending on how you interact with The Final Bell, we may store:
- Newsletter subscription: your email address if you sign up for our weekly briefing
- Contact messages: your email address and any content you send when you contact us directly
- Site usage data: standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and general visit patterns collected through server logs and analytics
- RSS feed: reading our RSS feed at /rss.xml does not require an account and does not collect personal information beyond routine server logs
We do not operate a public comments system on thefinalbell.org. We do not sell your personal information.
How to request data deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, email us at:
Please include the following in your message:
- The email address associated with your data (if applicable)
- A brief description of what you would like deleted (e.g., newsletter subscription)
- Confirmation that you are requesting permanent deletion of your personal data
We will verify your request and respond within 30 days. If you subscribed to our newsletter, you may also unsubscribe immediately using the link at the bottom of any newsletter email.
What happens after your request
When we process a valid deletion request, we will:
- Remove your email from our newsletter list and mailing provider
- Delete stored contact messages tied to your email address
- Stop using your personal information for any purpose other than legal compliance
Some anonymized or aggregated analytics data that cannot reasonably be linked back to you may be retained. We may also retain limited information where required by law or to resolve disputes.
Facebook / Meta app users
If you connected to The Final Bell through a Facebook or Meta login or app integration, you may also remove app permissions from your Facebook account settings. To delete any personal data we received through that connection, send a deletion request to saladinian@gmail.com with the email address linked to your Facebook account.
