Blake Monroe officially debuted on the June 26 episode of WWE SmackDown, which was taped on June 23 at the O2 Arena. Following a match between Giulia and Kiana James, Monroe made her presence known.

Monroe attacked Giulia immediately after her bout with James. During the segment, Monroe utilized a new move, the Neutralizer, on Giulia. This maneuver involves lifting an opponent into a gut-wrench position before driving them face-first into the mat. The Neutralizer is reportedly being positioned as Monroe's primary finisher on the main roster.

This new move contrasts with the Glamorous DDT previously used by Monroe during her time in NXT, as well as earlier finishers like MMKO, Happily Ever After, and Mayday. The debut followed several weeks of "coming soon" promotional videos that generated mixed reactions from fans. Aside from a brief backstage appearance with Chelsea Green, Monroe had largely been featured in promos prior to her in-ring debut.
