Dwayne Johnson, while promoting the live-action adaptation of Disney's Moana, made a notable gaffe during an interview on Kiss FM when he misinterpreted a question from presenter Tyler West.

West asked Johnson, "What's your stroke of choice?" To which Johnson, after a brief hesitation, responded with laughter and the word "Domination." West, taken aback, clarified he was asking about swimming, not a sex position. Johnson then realized his mistake, exclaiming, "Oh s**!" He explained his misunderstanding stemmed from his role as Maui and the context of the film, stating, "I get it! Maui! The ocean! I went to a whole other place." Johnson, 54, concluded the interview by admitting, "I just completely gave away my sex life."

"I may always look clean, but under the hood your boy’s filthy 💀🤣"

Johnson later shared the video of the incident on his Instagram page, adding a caption that read:

"Honestly thought he was asking about a different kind of "stroke"."
"Jesus 🤦🏽‍♂️😂 I need carbs. And sleep"

Fans reacted to the slip-up in the comments, with one user, @brooksyface, writing, "As soon as I heard the laugh I knew, uh oh. Honestly what kinda question is that without context." Another, @goldentrckstar102, commented, "Even I was like “wait…HUH???” 😂😂😂", while @karlusgtailor laughed, "Domination said with CHEST🤣😂."

This is not the first time Johnson has made a comment regarding bedroom activities. In 2018, he responded to DJ Khaled's statement about not performing oral sex on his wife by writing on social media:

"Ahem.. *clears throat* as a man, I take great pride in mastering ALL performances. This is probably a little TMI.. I will now quietly excuse myself from this fun thread"

The Moana live-action film, starring Catherine Laga’aia is set to be released in cinemas on July 10, 2026, and carries a PG rating.
