WWE Superstar LA Knight drew a block-long line of fans Sunday evening at a White Oak, Maryland meet-and-greet. The Maryland native returned home for a two-hour appearance presented by local sponsors.

By the time the event got underway, wrestling fans of all ages had packed the sidewalk outside the venue. Before becoming known worldwide as LA Knight, Shaun Ricker grew up in Hagerstown, Maryland. He was a member of North Hagerstown High School's Class of 2000 and participated in band and track while pursuing a career in professional wrestling.

That path eventually led Ricker to WWE, where his charisma, catchphrases, and in-ring work have made him one of the company's most recognizable fan favorites. Sunday's turnout highlighted strong local support during his return to his home state.

Among the most dedicated fans in line were Erin, Luann, Lou, and Sandra, who traveled from Baltimore County and arrived at 6am to secure their spot as the first fans waiting for Knight.
