During a recent appearance, Cena was informed that Guinness acknowledged him for maintaining a babyface persona for over 7,000 consecutive days before his eventual heel turn.

Is the Guinness Book of World Records owned by Guinness [the beer], Cena asked. And if so, maybe they had one too many pints to be like, 'You know what would be a great record? Who has been a babyface the longest?' Here we are talking about it now. I can't believe that that is a category.

However, this shift was brief. Cena reverted to his established babyface status approximately five months later, concluding his retirement tour as a beloved figure to the fans.
