NXT star Layla Diggs appeared in a 90-second Orange County Library System video explaining how free library resources helped her learn to sew ring gear. She also teamed with Kali Armstrong on WWE Main Event against Bayley and Lyra Valkyria.

Diggs said she had a hard time finding clothing and gear that fit right. The self-proclaimed "Ms. Everything" initially tried learning to sew on her own, grew frustrated, and put her sewing machine away for a year. She then considered hiring a teacher, but the cost was an obstacle.

The library has saved me money, but it's also given me a passion and a new hobby and a newfound love.

Diggs said she realized private lessons would be expensive while the library is free.

I realized that's going to be expensive and the library is free. So I was like, why not just go learn there?

She added that the new skill boosted her confidence, with her shiny robes helping her look like a star without breaking the bank.

Diggs, a three-year pro, also drew attention on WWE's Thursday night program this week. She and her partner Kali Armstrong had an impressive performance against Bayley and Lyra Valkyria on WWE Main Event. The match and full show are available to stream on YouTube.
