Nikki Blackheart made her televised debut on the June 30th episode of WWE NXT on The CW, attacking Tatum Paxley after a singles match.

Following the match, as Jordan stood outside the ring, Blackheart emerged and ambushed Paxley. The commentator Vic Joseph did not state Blackheart's name during the segment.
Previously, Blackheart competed in a dark match before NXT's broadcast on The CW in May. She has also wrestled at NXT house shows under the name Martinez. Blackheart began her in-ring career in 2024.
