Ricky Saints has opened up about the primary operational contrast he has noticed since transitioning from AEW to WWE. After being off AEW television for a year, Saints made the jump to WWE in 2025, where he has now spent more than a year on the roster.
During an appearance on The Happy Hour, Saints was asked if he had observed any significant differences between the two promotions since making the move. He explained that while much of the wrestling environment feels similar, the daily planning and scheduling in WWE stands out as highly detailed.
Sometimes I go, ‘Nothing, really, it’s kind of all the same.’ If I had to give you for sure, the whole process of how your day starts off. It’s laid out for you in the sense of, ‘here is your media, here is where you’re going to be at this time, here’s what you’re going to do at this hour, then you’ll go to the venue and wrestle.’ When it comes to that, it’s nicer to have things planned out for me. It’s almost down to the full details.
Before signing with WWE, Saints competed in AEW under the name Ricky Starks. In addition to discussing his daily schedule, Saints noted during the interview that he has a specific singles dream match in mind for his future.
