Royce Keys stated that his experience in WWE has exceeded his expectations. Following a significant run in AEW as Powerhouse Hobbs, Keys signed with WWE and debuted at the Royal Rumble. After an initial period where his presence on television was minimal, Keys has since become a more regular fixture.
His recent television appearances have included winning the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, competing in a number one contender's match against GUNTHER, and becoming involved in Bloodline business. This slow integration has seen him establish a consistent presence on WWE programming.
"It’s exceeded my expectations. It’s been wild. Just from the moment I put pen to paper and I knew I was coming to everything that just recently happened. You know, there’s points where before I have my music hits and I’m going out, I just feel like everything is in slow motion, like I’m in this dream I’m not waking up from. So everything has been really great. You know, I’ve been put in some great positions and, you know, knocked it out of the park. So that’s what I’m gonna continue to do.”
Keys also expressed confidence in his future, stating he anticipates holding championship gold before the year concludes. With approximately six months remaining in the year, his current trajectory suggests this goal may be attainable.
