Despite the significant victory, Zayn's reign is not expected to be a long one. WRKD Wrestling has advised fans not to get too attached to the championship run. Dave Meltzer echoed a similar sentiment on Radio, stating that he does not see a long reign for Zayn.

I don’t think that he’s the guy in their plans.

Meltzer compared the situation to Darby Allin's previous run with the AEW World Championship. Meltzer also expressed uncertainty on whether Zayn's win was a direct reaction to recent criticism regarding stale booking and creative direction. The sudden nature of the win, following months of Zayn working as a heel has led to speculation that it was not part of a long-term plan.

False Finish's Cory Hays reported that the original plan was for Zayn to win the WWE title at WrestleMania 43, which is also scheduled to take place in Saudi Arabia.

The report also touched on other wrestling rumors, including past discussions about WWE's interest in signing Danhausen, potential winners of the King of the Ring tournament, and interest from TNA in signing a former WWE star. Additionally, there were mentions of WWE creative plans for Night of Champions, potential movie roles impacting a 3-time WWE Champion, and TNA's efforts to make noise during a busy pro wrestling weekend.
