WWE Reportedly Weighing White House Event After UFC Freedom 250 Success

WWE may be exploring a future spectacle on the White House South Lawn after UFC Freedom 250 drew record Paramount+ viewership with an outdoor fight card.

The UFC card delivered major finishes across the board, with Justin Gaethje scoring an upset win over Ilia Topuria to capture the undisputed lightweight championship in the main event. The presentation featured fighters walking out of the White House through the crowd, pyrotechnics, large displays, and live entrance music from the United States Marine Band.

Paramount+ viewership for the exclusive event shattered the platform's previous record by roughly two million viewers. WWE, which shares TKO Group Holdings as its parent company with UFC is said to be looking into how it could stage a similar outdoor show at the nation's capital.

The UFC production carried the kind of spectacle WWE fans recognize from stadium and military base events. A themed premium live event or Great American Bash style card in Washington, D.C. could be one path if those talks advance.
