Over the past month, reports have circulated regarding Big Bill's AEW contract nearing its expiration and Enzo Amore training at the WWE Performance Center. These rumors have since been connected, with speculation that WWE is considering a reunion of Amore and William Morrissey, who performed as Big Cass during his previous WWE tenure. Sources suggest that several producers within WWE are actively advocating for this reunion, as the company aims to strengthen its tag team division.

Last month, a poll conducted among the community showed that 42% of respondents were against the idea of an Enzo Amore & Big Cass return, while 58% were in favor.

Reported on June 30 that Big Bill has indeed given notice to AEW, with his contract set to expire between the present date and the end of the following week. While Amore had not officially signed a WWE deal as of mid-June, it is understood that the company wished to ensure Cass's availability before finalizing any agreement.

Big Bill's AEW Tenure and Potential WWE Future

Big Bill signed with AEW in 2022, marking a return to wrestling after overcoming past struggles. During his time in AEW, he held tag team championships with Ricky Starks and most recently teamed with Bryan Keith as part of Chris Jericho's stable. The potential WWE return for the former NXT and Raw tag team of Amore and Cass has fueled renewed speculation about their future together.
