Myers framed Edwards as quietly confident rather than loud about his standing in the locker room.
To me, Eddie's ego is kind of unspoken. He definitely knows he's one of the best wrestlers in the world. He doesn't need to make it known to people. He doesn't have to say it. He just carries himself in a way where you'll find out pretty quickly, especially when that bell rings. People who aren't familiar with him, you know, if there's like some WWE castaways who've come to TNA who aren't familiar with him, they find out real quick that he's the real deal, and I think that's a pretty cool thing.
The System is scheduled for in ring action at TNA Slammiversary on June 28. The pay per view card includes multiple championship bouts tied to the faction:
- Cedric Alexander, the reigning X Division Champion, defends his belt in an Ultimate X match.
- Bear Bronson and Brian Myers, the TNA World Tag Team Champions, put their titles on the line in a Ladder match.
- Eddie Edwards is set for a one on one match against former System member Moose.
