Giulia delivered a clear message to Kiana James after attacking her on Friday Night SmackDown. The incident unfolded during the June 5 SmackDown episode, culminating in the apparent dissolution of their partnership.

The events began earlier in the night when Kiana James competed in a Queen of the Ring first round four way bout. The match featured James, Bayley, Jacy Jayne, and Raquel Rodriguez. Following a competitive contest, Raquel Rodriguez secured the victory, eliminating James from the tournament.

In the aftermath of her loss, Kiana James confronted Giulia, yelling at her former ally and placing blame for the defeat. James explicitly told Giulia that their association was over. Giulia then responded physically, attacking Kiana James on the spot. WWE commentary during the segment highlighted that the partnership between the two competitors appeared to have reached its conclusion.

WWE later shared a video of Giulia returning backstage following the confrontation. In the immediate aftermath of attacking James, Giulia had a direct statement:

Kiana, tu e io, finita (you and me, it’s over). It’s over! Arrivederci. Sayonara.

Giulia’s WWE Career History

Giulia has experienced an inconsistent run in WWE since her arrival. Upon signing with the company in 2024, she was immediately presented as a major star. That same year, Giulia went on to win the Iron Survivor Challenge, signaling a significant push from the outset of her WWE tenure.

Her momentum continued into the following January, where she captured the NXT Women’s Championship at the New Year’s Evil event, building directly on her Iron Survivor Challenge success. Giulia’s ascent was swift; she was officially called up to the main roster in May, just eight months after making her WWE NXT debut.

Since joining the main roster, Giulia has held the Women’s US Championship twice on SmackDown. Her most recent reign concluded in April, when she lost the title to Tiffany Stratton. Across both of her championship runs, Giulia successfully defended the Women’s US Championship on television only three times.

Fans have consistently advocated for Giulia to be featured more prominently on WWE programming, citing her extensive work and success in Japan prior to joining the company. The recent split from Kiana James could open opportunities for both stars, potentially allowing each to gain more individual spotlight on the SmackDown brand.
