Speculation is rife regarding the longevity of The Bloodline as a united force. A report from False Finish HQ indicates that the stable and its overarching storyline are expected to extend beyond WrestleMania 43 next year. This potential continuation could see the faction replicate the nearly four-year period of dominance they previously held.

Current Members and Dynamics

In its current iteration, The Bloodline is spearheaded by Roman Reigns. He is joined by his cousins, The Usos (Jimmy and Jey), and another cousin, Jacob Fatu. The Usos made their return to Reigns' side on the RAW following WrestleMania 42. On the same night, Jacob Fatu initiated a rivalry with Reigns for the World title. After losing two matches to Reigns, including a Tribal Combat at Clash in Italy, Fatu acknowledged Reigns as his Tribal Chief and officially joined the faction.

Former Members and Departures

The Bloodline has seen several members come and go during its history prior to the current tenure. A significant figure was Paul Heyman, who aligned with Reigns in 2020 and played a crucial role in the stable's formation. However, Heyman departed from Reigns' side at WrestleMania 41, choosing to align with Reigns' rival, Seth Rollins. Another former member is Solo Sikoa, Reigns' real-life cousin, who served as his Enforcer starting in 2022. Sikoa eventually split from The Bloodline in 2024 to form his own faction composed of other members of The Anoa’i Family. Sami Zayn, referred to as the Honorary Uce was the last unofficial member associated with The Bloodline.

Upcoming Challenge for Roman Reigns

On the June 29 episode of RAW, Roman Reigns, accompanied by Jacob Fatu was confronted by his long-standing rival, Seth Rollins. The exchange between the two former Shield members led to an agreement to face each other for the World Heavyweight Championship at WWE SummerSlam 2026. This highly anticipated main event, 14 years in the making is likely to see interference from members of The Bloodline in support of Reigns.
