WWE legend John Cena is continuing his journey to regain a full head of hair, recently completing his second round of FUE treatment in Atlanta. Cena previously shared that fan jokes about his baldness prompted the decision to undergo the procedure.

Cena has been open about his hair transplant journey, which began in 2024. He previously shared with Entertainment Tonight that he decided to undergo the process after encountering jokes from WWE fans regarding his baldness. He described the surgery as something that has “completely changed the course of my life” and has provided him with greater opportunities as an actor.

While his hair continues to grow back, Cena remains an iconic figure in WWE and has also established a successful career in Hollywood. The pursuit of regaining some of his hair could potentially open doors for roles he might not have been considered for previously.
