Maddy Morgan, an 18-year-old talent with experience in the UK and Japan's Marigold promotion, recently shared the profound impact of receiving a WWE tryout offer.
Speaking with A2TheK, Morgan described the moment she learned about the opportunity while traveling in Japan. "I was pacing up and down my room. I was in tears and then trying to keep, obviously again, youre trying to keep yourself cool and professional," she recalled. Upon accepting, she immediately called her mother, who was driving with her grandmother. The news prompted her mother to pull over, also overcome with emotion.
Morgan also connected with her best friend, Cece, who was equally ecstatic. "She doesnt wear fake eyelashes like me, so her mascara was everywhere," Morgan noted, highlighting Cece's long-standing support throughout her wrestling journey. The UK performer spent three to four days at the WWE Performance Center, describing the experience as incredible and a significant learning opportunity. She praised the supportive atmosphere, coaches, and fellow attendees for creating an environment that balanced pressure with encouragement.
